Is 2nd transfer in articleship period possible

I want to take transfer in my 2nd yr of articleship and this is gonna be my 2nd transfer as I have already taken transfer in my 1st yr of articleship

The basis for transfer would be that I want to move to my home town as I am presently staying in Kol in a hostel n persuing my articleship from here, now as my Bcom is gng to get complete I want to move back to my home town

Pls reply its urgent as I have to apply for transfer 1 month before taking it....
