How to take entry of Payment gateway charges of IRCTC which is not mentioned in the online train ticket. Kindly help

That is reflected from your Bank statement, which you claim as Bank Charges.

I have to reimburse the train ticket charges ..how to do that.. employee is claiming 20 to 30 Rupees extra how to take those charges as expense.
ok just take the same under the travelling charges
irctc give facility to pay online by payment gateway provide in irctc login page.
