Our suppliers uploaded the Invocies and filed their GSTR-1 on time but when we try to check for reconciliation, we are not abler to see any invoice.
We are getting message when we click on respective supplier GSTN No. that NO INVOICES FOUND.
We filed our complaint with GSTN Helpdesk with screenshots and proofs but again-and-again they ask for same and are unable to provide any resolutions.
Apart from this, we submitted Invoices in GSTR-2 under Imports of Service Tab and till last week it was showing and all of asudden for whole of last year returns it fails to display and prompts the message NO INVOICEs FOUND.
Is anyone else is also facing similar problem.
