GOOD AFTERNOON SIE ,
One of my client is not required to get registration under GST ( turnover is lessthan 20 lakhs ) but he supplies to registered persons , how can he give invoice / bill of supply ?

ur clint's suppliers will pay gst on value charge for goods by ur clint provided per day unregistered purchased goods exceeding rs. 5000
if both are registered than invoice should be issued as per invoice rules (prescribed 16 specified particulars)
