My package is of 4 lack per annum I need to do investments under 80 C. Please help me which is the best investment plan where I can invest upto 100000 rs in a year with a lock in period of 3 Years and high return rates with lowest risks.

There are Various plans you can take but there is a conflict in your statement has high return instruments will come with high risks. But here are some suggestions
1. PPF (Lock in period more)
2. 5 Years FD in nationalised Banks
3. Life Insurance ( With sum assured)
4. Equity oriented mutual fund (but with High Risk)
