Apply for condonation for delay In rectifying the defect. If approved, revised return can be filed.

Any refund due?

If yes, file condonation request for filing ITR late [u/s. 119(2)(b)] with your jurisdictional CIT/ITO.

If approved, you can file fresh ITR u/s. 119(2)(b).

yes refund is due but condonation request submit nhi ho rhi

Forget the invalidated return now.

File condonation request OFFLINE........ to file return u/s. 119(2)(b)...
