Inusrance claim

Hi Dicson,

Please go through your Policy documents and try to find if there is any such clause for refund to insurance company in case stolen Bike is recovered.

As per my understanding insurance is an agreement and is generally for a period of one year. Since when your bike was stolen insurance contract was in force, they paid you the claim amount.

Now after a year, though you have recovered a bike, there is no contract in existence between you and insurance company as the term (1year) of contract has expired. I dont think that there is any liability on your part to make any refund.

However i will still suggest you to please read your insurance documents thoroughly.
