Intimation hasn't been received from IT Department through Mail regarding processing of ITR.

ITR for AY 2020-21 and PAN xxxcxxxxxx has been processed at CPC. Intimation u/s 143(1) has been sent to your registered email ID. If not received check in SPAM folder.

The above said message was from IT Department through SMS. But the said person didn't receive any mail regarding the same, anyone can please respond to my query whether the SMS is invalid as I didn't get any intimation through mail. Thanks.

If you have filed ITR with the help of TRP or CA, they might have given their e-mail 🆔. please ascertain the email 🆔 that had been given in ITR

The ITR was filed by himself, the status on the website shows 'E-verified successfully' till now. Recieved the said SMS, but no mail from ITD regarding the same as they're bound to send it everytime.

Wait for sometime, even if you don't receive intimation, the same can be downloaded from e-filing portal

Just Check which email I'd has been associated with InCome Tax Department, email has been received on Associated email..you can check in ITR form which is email id
