A service provider providing interstate services whoes turnover is below 20L. But he is registered under GST from july-17.
When should he surrender his registration?
Till what period he is requier to file GST Returns?

Have you confirmed you are now exempted from GST ?
I read 4 article at below link and from that I understood you are expemted. BUT Government GST Helpline 0120-488899 today on 10th October said I am not exemted. I am also suffering from same issue.
Before surrendering suggesting you to confirm whether you are now exemted or not.
