I have a query regarding the entries passed in internal reconstruction!!!. I want to know the logic behind debiting "GOODWILL" A/c in case of reconstruction loss.... Can anyone please explan me in detail. Thank You!!!!
Any expesnes in relation to reconstruction is a type of CAPITAL NATURE...hence it is assumed to be goodwill...which we write it off later on..
