APPOINTMENT OF INTERNAL AUDITORS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2014-2015

“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 (including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof) and the rules framed thereunder, M/s. ______________, Chartered Accountants, [FRN: 014194S] _____________________________________________, Chennai - 600 004 be and are hereby appointed as Internal Auditor of the Company to conduct internal audit of the records of the Company for the financial year 2014-15 at a remuneration to be fixed by the Board on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company.
