in addition to above, the best practice observed in ur past companies.
Any good observation during the audits which hv been appreciated by ur client / seniors or any audits apart from ur routine plan done by u like Fraud investigation audit etc.
What is process followed for Planning, Execution & finalisation of Internal Audit?
what r the key control to be followed for an audit area say for payroll operations from company point of view & not from auditor's point of u.
wht r the two types of controls & Risk?difference between Stat Audit & Internal Audit
Also prepare for the major controls & major risk for that industry in which u r going for the interview
Also go through the internal audit chapter also for the interview.
