Internal Audit

Thare is no comparison between internal audit(management audit) and statutory audit. No one can comment which one is better. Work of management audit depends upon scope and objectives of audit. There is no specific criteria or process for management audit.

statutory audit is applicable when it is required under any statute to get the audit done of books of accounts as specified (by statute)

while management audit is wholly different ...

so there can not be a comparison between both the audit that any of one is better or not
