i have to file 2 years terurn as on date .... there is applicability of interest u/s 234 abc in both years ..... my query is if i make the payment in jan & file the return in feb .... will there be change in the interest section u/s 234 abc kya ????

No only interest u/s 234C will remain the same.
234 A & B will vary.
