If you are doing any interstate supply of goods you can not opt compitition scheme.

No way to take composition scheme if you are doing interstate Outward supplies...
That means can avail ITC on inter state purchases
Composition dealer can not avail ITC on any purchase.
You can take regular gst registration to take ITC benefits and also can do interstate outwards supplies.
No you cannot opt for composition scheme if you are doing inter state supply..and you have to take compulsory registration under normal scheme for making inter state supply.
