Inter state supply
What is classified as inter state supply? For example, if I am a seller in Mumbai and I go for a vacation in Assam. There I buy 10kg tea and come back and sell it in Mumbai. Will it be inter state transfer for Assam seller or Intra state transfer? It would be helpful if someone could go through various combinations of this.

Place of Supply is Assam, So seller charge CGST & SGST (Intra State)

If you can't received the material directly in the shop. And the seller supply the material to Mumbai and per your instructions then the supply will be treated as Inter state supply .
