The Insurance clain get to her (minor) around 20 lakh with Deductio of TDS 2 lakh how she can get refund from IT. She has PAN Card, She is minor
kindly help with which ITR should file, or is there any orher option to get refubd without filling ITR.

Aishwarya get insurance claim from Insurance comapny against accidental claim of Rs 20lakh as per court decision at the time of payment insurance company deduct TDS Rs 2lakh. now she is minor her father is legal gurdien. now how can they get TDS Refund. TDS Certificate on Her Name She Has Pan Card.
