Institute made calculation mistake... help me out

pls suggest me im realy upset I have taken transfer from 2 firms within one year as its freely transfrable without restriction i took transfer on 2-11-11 and register on same day with other firm, then again took transfer on 6-6-12 and register on same day with fresh firm... As per my 3 yrs record my articleship will be completed on 8-8-14.. Bt i have seen my articlship status online its show completion date on 5-3-15... Why my articlship extended for 8 mnth without reason... Pls if any one knws where i get info. 2nd prob is im in ahemdabad for internal audit and couldnot go to delhi till october... Guys pls suggest me, what should i do im realy tensed :(

thanks for your reply ganesh I have already post my greivance with e-sahayata and also mail to institute but my question is what went wrong in this case... Im understandin this... This is totly messup... lack of responsibity shown by institute

this surely looks like some clerical mistake has been done at the institute's end...so write a letter to the concerned regional office stating your problem along with all the copies of your termination letters and registration letters and the previous correspondence done with the institute regarding the same problem...or it would be better if you make a personal visit to the regional office...your problem will be solved immediately.
