Can anybody help for the transfer procedure of articleship as i have got married in last month, and i don"t know What is the transfer procedure for the same?
(Please notice that the place i am moving is more than 50 Km away from where i am doing my articleship)

get form no109 signed it from your principal, attach form no 120 and proof of your marriage and submit it to the Institute. All the best..
my ca have sent me a letter that he dont want me as a article. i also want the same, can i take the transfer , my ca dont pay me stipend regularly.
U can take transfer on non payment of transfer.But see that u can proove it.

ok, my principal agrees to give me a transfer. Now if i get myself registered outside the city and my dads a businessman and does not have any proof of shifting what should i do then?

Also, if i say i'm shifting to another city and will be living with my real uncle. Will i be elegible for transfer then. What proof will i have to submit?
