एक हेल्प कर दीजिए। हमारी कंपनी ने एक बस किराये पर ली हैं अपने employee के आने जाने के लिए। सर क्या कंपनी Itc ले सकती हैं ?

Yes you can take ITC on renting of bus as it must have seating capacity of more than 13 person , which js allowed as per section 17(5) CGST Act
