Input tax credit availing
if input tax credit is not taken then itc can be availed upto the due date of sept return.but if that itc is not shown in 2a but as per books that itc is available.Then can it be availed in september return?

Yes you can take either upon filing of annual return
As per provisions of GST you are not eligible to avail ITC on the Tax Invoice, which the vendor not reported the same in GST return.
