Friends, Please help me and give the details of 'industrial training'
I want to know whether i am able to join industrial training, if my current principal
is not ready to give n.o.c for the same. Eventhough i have successfully Completed my 2 years of articleship. I forgot to tell you I have passed P.E-II Examination and i m in final now.
What are the rights available to me, Whether i am able to take industrial training or not? Thank you in advance
if u've passed pe-2 then u can join industrial training....but you will have to see on icai website if ur city has the co. which has tie-up with icai for undertaking of ind. trng... as industrial training is also a part of ur article trng...so it will be counted while counting ur 3.5 yrs in service...
now u just have to convince ur boss
