I want know that if a person want to tell to government about black money of any person where he goes for complaint. Are government gave reward him if yes so how much

you can visit to the nearest income tax office and give your written complaint to comm. of i.tax with proofs supporting your claim, if any. yes, 10% comm. is paid to the person who informs about the black money.

Till date, the Lokpal is not yet appointed, as per media reports, the process is likely to start from August. Chek the below news item:

NEW DELHI: After initiating the procedure for selection of the new Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) and vigilance commissioner, the government is set to start the process for appointment of Lokpal chairperson and members in August.

Sources in the government said the new rules under the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act will be notified next month, and the process of issuing a fresh advertisement inviting applications for the post of Lokpal chairperson/members as well as constitution of the Lokpal search committee may begin soon after.

The proposed amendments to the Lokpal Act rules seek to allow flexibility to the Lokpal search committee to include candidates other than those recommended by the department of personnel and training (DoPT), in the panel of names to be considered by Lokpal selection committee for appointment to the anti-corruption body.
