Show eligible ITC Rs. 120000 and ineligible ITC 40000 in GSTR 3B return...
Sir we have total ITC of 120000 so we need tp show this as eligible ITC??
80,000 is only called as ITC.
other are not eligible for ITC.
Eligibility - GST paid on purchases are eligible to claim ITC on when below conditions are satisfied:
a. Valid Tax invoice ( Name, Address, GSTIN No - of both supplier & buyer, etc..)
b. Goods - are delivered
Services - are completely rendered

If Your total ITC Rs. 120000 and Ineligible ITC Rs. 40000... If both are different then show All other ITC Rs. 120000 & Ineligible ITC 17(5) Rs. 40000

If Your total ITC Rs. 120000 (80000+40000=120000) then show eligible ITC Rs. 80000 & Ineligible Rs. 40000...
