1.There can be two reasons for non confirmation by ICAI ,first that company perhaps not registered with ICAI for imparting Industrial Training, if this is the case so do registered and second its around 1 month and 19 days since u submitted ur form so sometimes they take 2 month like in mine case i get response after two mnth but i suggest u contact Icai directly which deals with articles section , they will tell u exact reason

2. As u say that name of the company has been changed so now u have to submit two things one is ROC letter of changing name , second a declaration by company letterhead that the name of the company has been changed so please change in ur records and signed by authorised signatory
