Dear Sirs,

I have commenced my industrial training in my new company from 06.06.2016. But I have shown my date of termination in form 109 signed by my previous employer on 31.05.2016. Also, please note that 4th june and 5th june was sat and sun (corporate holiday). Will ICAI send me a letter for 3 days gap. Plz advise what can I do. I have not yet submitted the form.

Thanks for your reply, but the link you send is for form 109. But i 'm searching for answer for 3 days gap in joining industrial training. Is the same rule is applicable to my problem also????

Yes the same rule will be applicable in your case. Just fine is will be imposed in case of delay. I want to request you one thing please read the comments, you will get your answer.
