Industrial training

Hi All, Please tell me about the interview process for Industrial Training in Aviva Insurance.I have my interview for Industrial Training vacancy and i dont want to lose that opportunity.How can i clear all the rounds and what should be my strategy.Also guide whether their Internal Audit dept. is a good choice for doing Industrial Training or not.
