Hi
I hv appeared for my ca final exam in may 2012. In the exam form, I filled in the certificate of service ,
my due date of completion of service as 28-12-2012, without considering excess leaves.
Now, I received a letter from ICAI to confirm again in the certificate of service my due date of completion of service, in this second time as well i wrote the date of completion of service as 28-12-2012, without excess leaves consideration.
Now I hv an offer for industrial training and i have only 6 months of articles left, I want to show excess leaves in form 109 while taking transfer .
The problem is that if i show excess leaves now, won't the certificate of service submitted above be proved wrong. In this case, does this amount to misconduct according to the institute.
What penal actions could the institute take in this regard.
Chould I go forth with my industrial training by showing excess leaves in the form 109.
PLEASE PLEASE REPLY, THIS IS REALLY URGENT. AND I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED.
