The question is will anyone take you as an industrial trainee without the consent of your previous principal ?
it is of obvoius that u need d signature of ur CA .... its just like taking transfer only diffrence being u r shifting to a company and not a CA firm.... Convince ur CA so that u can go 4 industrial training
yes u will require his consent by way of signature in form 109 for termination of articlship
