Anybody having idea whether my CA also required to sign in form 104 which is Industrial Training Application if not den who is suppose to sign in the box which says to be signed sealed & delivered by member with membership no.
also is there any seperate form for extension of articleship in ICAI.
Plz anybody having knowledge of these things. rply me soon.
form 104 is not required if you are not doing Industrial Training..........and form 107 for extention of
Articleship.
I AM ABOUT TO UNDERGO INDUSTRIAL TRAINING. I HAVE ALREADY GOT D FORM DERE IS A SPACE WHICH READS AS TO SIGN OF MEMBER IN DAT FORM I.E. FORM 104.. SO DOES DAT DAT MEAN MY CA HAS TO SIGN OVER DERE.
