Can any one tell me the procedure for Industrial Training.......?? and what if the Employer don't give permission for Industrial Training......?? Are we eligible to write CA Final Exam in the last 6 months of my Induatrial Training same as in case of Articleship Training?

yes, you can appear for your ca final exams in the last 6 months of your industrial training
Usually, companies give 2 months leaves for Industrial Training
