Indirect Interest under sec 299

I have few doubts regarding disclosure to be made under section 299

Section 299 states that a Director in given genral notice in Form 24AA with following details:

1.Name of the Bodies Corporate wherein he is a Director

2.Name of the Bodies Corporate wherein he is a Member

3.Name of the firms wherein he is a partner / member

The form 24 AA also mention the word relative. I wolud like to know how does relatives come into picture. Do we also have to disclose the name of the companies in which the relative is a director or member while giving general notice.?

Somebody please clarify this.

Please explains how the Directors are interested indirectly?
