I have read all data, its not a act yaar jo change ho gaya .. this are basics of railway which are still prevailing................. what is meant by RAC, WL, , how these are calculated ?????????/ all these are not changed & bydway i m not posting for gaining any kind of appreaciation , it helped me alot in my initial introduction to railway ..& i felt it would be helpful to others also therefore i posted..........
