I heard that institute is going to increase the minimum limit for stipend

is this news correct or it was just a rumour ?

If it is true then when is this going to happen ??

Yes, the enws is very correct and the same has been published in previous month Ca Student journal........The same is in mode of final discussion.......Cheers...
