Hello Sir,

I completly agree with you , but believe me i never post here request for resolution formats unless and until it is of such nature which i am not able to prepare. I always first draft it myself and then to reconcile my lang,i post here my request. I dont have the habit of spoon feeding.

Take the resolution passed earlierone and just modify the interest rate by adding suitable words and also mention preamble for the resolution in minutes.

you can use:

Pursuant to resolution passed by...............dated..........,   Company  do hereby charge increased interest rate @ ..............  for the loan gven.............

or any thing like...

its internal matter.

"...Assuming normal case..."
