Dear All,
I need to increase the Authorized capital of the Company as per CA 2013. For this, can i pass the resolution as a Ordinary Resolution now?

Yes, Call an EGM and pass ordinary resolution.

there is no change in the procedure of increase in authorized capital...,,,only change in form....you will have to file form SH 7 for the same....
