Hi! Friends...Can anyone please tell me the detailed procedure of increase in authorised capital of a private limited company as per companies act 2013 along with the resolutions.

Hi,
the procedure is same as the one in the companies act 1956.....just change the sections as per the companies act 2013....the form will be Form SH 7......
