Incorrect entry on AIS

Hi,

I found an error in AIS a savings bank account interest of Rs. 4.00 which is not mine. I tried to correct it but the system didn't allow me to do so. 

Please advise how do I get rid off this entry from my AIS.

Quick Summary
If you've found an incorrect entry on your Annual Information Statement (AIS), you cannot directly edit or remove it. Instead, you need to submit 'feedback' through the system. For entries that do not pertain to you, select the 'incorrect entry' option. This feedback will be sent to the bank for verification and correction.

You cannot rectify/remove any entry in AIS/TIS. You have to file 'feedback' against the entry which is to be rectified; the system will send it to the bank for its verification/correction.

Sir, there are few options under feedback which one should I choose in order to submit.

If it is not pertaining to you, you can select 'incorrect entry'
