Incorporqtion of section 8 company

Incorporating a Section 8 company does not require physical copies of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA). Electronic versions are sufficient for the registration process. The Registrar of Companies (ROC) through its Central Registration Centre (CRC) is the authority responsible for issuing the license and Certificate of Incorporation (COI). Applications for the license can be made via Form INC-12, with the license typically issued in Form INC-16, and the entire process can be managed through the SPICe+ platform.
