and You shall have to courier the necessary documents, if any to Kashmir ROC office.

However, your E-forms will be processed in Kashmir ROC, though it is filled from Delhi

 you can file all the eForm online through mca website.

But if the Kashmir Roc needs any clarification, you hv to visite tere.

You know the ROC how it works, for every work u hv to visit the office.

You know dear, the ROC dispaches the Incorporation certificate but it never reaches to the client office unless you visit to ROC office.

The work of MCA is online, not the work of ROC. The ROC provides only a gateway to reach ROC.

ROC still does every thing offline.
