can i file all the papers from delhi?
if i upload form 1A at mca site from delhi to incorporate co. in kashmir den is it accepted by mca or i have to visit roc of kashmir?
can i incorporate co from delhi only without gng to kashmir?

you can file all the eForm online through mca website.
But if the Kashmir Roc needs any clarification, you hv to visite tere.
You know the ROC how it works, for every work u hv to visit the office.
You know dear, the ROC dispaches the Incorporation certificate but it never reaches to the client office unless you visit to ROC office.
The work of MCA is online, not the work of ROC. The ROC provides only a gateway to reach ROC.
ROC still does every thing offline.
