Spice+ form was sent for resubmission, so after changing the original data and signature
the form uploaded as new and not with resubmission hence the form got uploaded as new and that SRN was cancelled as no payment was made but now im unable to resubmit with the original SRN...

If your SPICe+ SRN has been marked as "Cancelled," it cannot be resubmitted. The MCA system treats it as a closed application, and you will typically need to initiate a fresh incorporation filing with a new SRN. Ensure you use the dedicated "Resubmit" option on the V3 portal for any future resubmissions to avoid this issue.
