Income Tax Rebate on Pet Medical expenses

I have a query regarding income tax. I am a pet owner and every year I spend a lot of money on my pets medical expenses. I am also an animal rescuer and spend money on treatment, care or/and providing food to rescue animals. Is there a provision in the Indian Income Tax Laws to claim tax rebate on any of these expenses If yes, under which section ?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the possibility of claiming income tax rebates for pet medical expenses and costs associated with animal rescue in India. Unfortunately, current Indian Income Tax Laws do not provide any specific provisions or sections for claiming tax deductions on these expenses. While there's no direct legal recourse currently, some individuals are considering raising this concern and exploring petitioning for future changes.

Sorry, no such provision in IT act..

Till date there is no such exemption

I have same concerns like karandeep .

Is there any possibility to. Raise this concern legally or file petition for this?

As i have to borrow money to show investment so as to save tax as 95% of my salary goes for animal welfare and as I m single rescuer not attached to any ngo it is getting difficult day by day i m going into depression
