If a share trader has earned 10 lakhs in short term and speculation and incurred loss of 10lakhs in dervatives in same financial year, now his net income is zero....Whether still has to pay tax on short term and speculation income,please show d way

Need to consider short term trading as business income only along with derivatives. Then the loss can be offset.
