in income tax portal,past return's assessment status not showing up; it shows demand; but the details of assessment not showing up; without seeing details of basis of demand, am i expected to accept the demand and pay dues?
Raised a grievance; but no response;
how do i get to know the basis of assessment for arriving the demand?
Neither SMS nor email intimations received then or thereafter; Now new portal also not showing any updates or old records
