Income tax intimation u/s 143(1)

query itself is conflicting, 

if the ITRV is not recd, intimation u/s 143(1) can not be processed, 

and what about refund? was it claimed or was due ? without any clue, how one can reply?

Hi Mr. Sharma,

In my case the website is showing that ITRV is not received. But today they mailed me Income tax Intimation U/S 143(1). It shows zero due and zero rufund.

So my question was how can they process the Intimation U/S 143(1) without receiving the ITRV physically? 

Is it simply a mistake by CPC of not updating the ITRV receival date?

check you email, where they must have updated you regarding receipt of ITR V

sometimes mentioning wrong AY may be the reason for wrong information.
