Sir one question that ITO Order passed U/s. 143(3) for reson expenses disallowed Rs. 23,47,149.00 & My Total Income Computed Rs. (-) 19,75,538.00, Groos Income Computed by ITO (23,47,149.00 -19,75,538.00)= Rs. 3,71,611.00 & Tax, Interest, Penalty Demand by ITO Rs. 1,36,840.00. We file to CIT(Appeal) but CIT rejected the file due to non appeared the Assessee. So we want to file to ld. to the Appellate Tribunal in which section in the Sl. -2 of the form no 36 (rule 47(1). Please provided to us.
