Income source of HUF

Hi. I am a Radiologist.

Can a doctor show his freelancing income (received on per cases basis through online reporting of CT/MRI) under HUF ? 

This is apart from fixed salary I receive from a hospital I am attached to and which is filed under individual pan.

No as same is your individual professional income not treated as HUF income.
