Within Local Limits - Board Resolution is enough
O/S Local Limits But Jurisdictional ROC is same - S/R
Change In ROC or Other State - S/R + Petition To RD

INC 22A was an active Form for which Geo tagging for the companies incorporated upto 31/12/2017

So actual form is INC 22

Aa per sec10a and rule 23A you have to file INC20 A within 180 days from date of incorporation and without filing it you can't change the registered address

Note here that, if at the time of incorporation you have provided correspondence address then board at first meeting has to take note of reg office and file INC22 ( In same city )

Further changes in RO requires filing of INC 20A first ..
