As per page 7 of instruction kit of eForm INC-2, "In case address of correspondance is not the address of the registered office of the Compny, user is required to file INC-22 within 30 days of incorporation." Does it mean that if address is same, 1) eForm INC-22 is not required to be filed or 2) it mean that it can be filed even after 30 days? Please explain & guide. Also update, if any exemption in this regard is available to OPC.
