Hello Everyone
Please help me with the following issues in ROC filling
I was going to file AOC 4 of a Company got an Error while prefilling from CIN
*Not allowed to file this form as INC20A has not been Filled*
Company was incorporated on 28-3-19
But since then Directors has not deposited the Share Capital amount in Company's bank Account
Now what should i do how to show proof of share capital & File Inc20A so that i can file AOC-4
Please suggest what can be done so that i can file AOC-4

To file AOC-4, you must first file INC-20A. Since you have not received the subscripttion money, you must have the subscribers deposit the funds into the company bank account immediately. Once the deposit is made and documented, file Form INC-20A to clear the "commencement of business" block, then proceed to file your annual financial statements (AOC-4). Be aware that late filing will incur additional fees and potential penalties for the company and its directors.
